Warm-Ups

In professional training? Enjoying a run or the odd game of football? Warms-ups are essential. It's also great for people over 40yrs wanting to sustain their fitness  - The benefits of correct muscular warm-ups are the same and crucial in the prevention of injury no matter what level you are.

 

I have been working with dancers for over 20 years. My therapy training had me in full swing at St Helens Rugby ground working on rotator cuff injuries, hamstring strains, neck impingements - You name it we trained on it!

 

Since then, I have helped 100's of people combating injury and correcting posture problems.  Stretch and strengthen combinations are key before an activity.

 

This site offers a warm up programme that will mobilise, stretch and strengthen your body for general health and wellbeing. It has been gratefully received from my general health clients. (approx. 30 mins of exercise together with a few tips)

Programmes are easy to download and store on your mobile devices.  There is no excuse when out and about :)
